Picazzo’s Organic Italian Kitchen was founded in 2002 by Sedona resident Rick Freedman. He has expanded the restaurant’s reach throughout Arizona to include locations in Flagstaff, Paradise Valley, and North Scottsdale. Rick still spends most of his time shuttling among Sedona, North Scottsdale, and Tucson. We exclusively use organically grown produce, as well hormone-free and nitrate-free meats, including Smart Chicken. And many of our wines are made with organically grown grapes from some of the nation’s best vineyards. Over 90 percent of our menu can be eaten by our gluten-intolerant guests.
